Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Boyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boyd is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by All of the Lights - Kanye West. Jon Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Milo Boyd !
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Boyd as he jumps to the side.
Boyd comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Boyd shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boyd showed some decent athleticism there.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Boyd throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Boyd decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boyd has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Jones regains guard immediately.
Jones keeping moving, preventing Boyd from controlling successfully.

Jones is working an open guard so Boyd takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Boyd throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boyd off to one side.
Boyd will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Boyd has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Jones leaves Boyd with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Boyd counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Boyd .

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Boyd doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Boyd manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Boyd must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Boyd lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Boyd passes Jones's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Boyd in particular looking to stall.
Boyd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones is trying to stand up here but Boyd is controlling him well.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jones is pressing down on Boyd 's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boyd connects with a couple of short punches.
Boyd 's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Boyd cracks Jones with a solid left hand.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boyd won't allow Jones to sweep him here.
Boyd is working Jones over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Boyd stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Boyd moves into range and clinches up with Jones.

Boyd has hold of one of Jones's legs. Jones is fighting the takedown attempt but Boyd gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones is trying to keep Boyd in close.
Boyd lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Milo Boyd dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Boyd .
Boyd has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Boyd thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones can't do much from the bottom here.
Boyd is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Jones is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Boyd asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Boyd is putting a hurting on Jones here, landing some big shots from side control.

Boyd connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jones some visible discomfort.

Jones is rocked!
Boyd lands a strong strike to the head of Jones. That's dazed him! Boyd looking to finish here. Jones is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Boyd lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Milo Boyd bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
