Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jeffrey Eaton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hamma Yahyaoui! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yahyaoui looks to land a combination but Eaton avoids it well. Hamma Yahyaoui seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Yahyaoui pushes Eaton up against the cage in a clinch. Yahyaoui tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Eaton's elbow. Eaton putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Yahyaoui in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Yahyaoui pushes off an throws an elbow but Eaton leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Yahyaoui throws a head punch that misses. Yahyaoui prevents Eaton from breaking the clinch. Yahyaoui is trying to push Eaton away but Eaton has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Eaton is trying to drag Yahyaoui to the mat but Yahyaoui just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Yahyaoui has had enough of the clinch but Eaton keeps him there for the moment. Yahyaoui is trying to break the clinch but Eaton is controlling him. Yahyaoui working some nice short punches in the clinch. Eaton is trying to force a seperation but Yahyaoui has the dominant position. Yahyaoui works on Eaton's body with a couple of short punches. Yahyaoui is trying to force a seperation but Eaton has the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yahyaoui has had enough of the clinch but Eaton keeps him there for the moment. Eaton is trying to break the clinch but Yahyaoui is controlling him. Yahyaoui misses with a punch on the inside.
Eaton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Yahyaoui blocks a head kick by Eaton.
Yahyaoui has closed the distance and engaged Eaton in a clinch.
Eaton blocks an uppercut.
Eaton breaks from the clinch.
Yahyaoui clinches. Eaton wants to get back to striking at distance but Yahyaoui won't allow it.
Yahyaoui fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Yahyaoui prevents Eaton from breaking the clinch. Yahyaoui working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Yahyaoui with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Eaton is rocked! Eaton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yahyaoui holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Oh Eaton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Yahyaoui wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Yahyaoui manages to break the clinch.
Eaton tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Yahyaoui was well out of range. Poor timing from Eaton. Eaton fails with an attempt to clinch.
Eaton misses with a body punch
and Yahyaoui counters with a huge right that knocks Eaton out cold! Yahyaoui is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
