Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaw fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Church throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Slaw tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Church is in Slaw's guard.
Church is looking to pass into half guard but Slaw pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Slaw is in guard.
Slaw drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Slaw jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Church looking to hit a scissor sweep but Slaw is one step ahead there.
Church keeping moving, preventing Slaw from controlling successfully.
Slaw got a little sloppy there for a moment and Church has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slaw has managed to get both his arms back between Church's legs - danger averted.
Slaw trying to control but Church is working from the bottom.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Cole Slaw hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Church shoots in looking for a takedown. Slaw tries to sprawl out of it but Church keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Slaw manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Slaw has a takedown stuffed.
Slaw fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Church, pushing him back against the cage.
Church drags the fight down to the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Slaw trying to control the position from guard on top but Church is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slaw cracks Church with a solid left hand.
Church keeping moving, preventing Slaw from controlling successfully.
Church is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Slaw is aware though and is defending well.

Church is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Church is breathing heavily.
Slaw decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Church, up you get!
Nice sprawl there from Church as Slaw shoots in.
Dewey Church has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cole Slaw.
Slaw has a takedown stuffed.
Slaw shoots for a double leg takedown but Church sprawls well. He's pushed Slaw's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Church displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Slaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Slaw drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Slaw works to advance to full mount. Church defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Slaw manages to capitalize on a mistake by Church to take his back!
Slaw is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Church has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Slaw has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Church taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Slaw doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cole Slaw!
After winning the bout, Cole Slaw thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
