Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sanford Mays (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xiang Chin Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xiang Chin Low will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Sanford Mays! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Xiang Chin Low ! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chin Low shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mays napping and manages to drive through into side control! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Chin Low working the strikes but Mays uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Mays won't allow Chin Low to pass to mount. Chin Low controlling the pace. Chin Low trying to work for an americana but Mays has managed to regain full guard.
Chin Low must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Chin Low sitting in guard here, content to control. Chin Low gets to his feet - Mays follows without any prompting.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mays wants to clinch. Chin Low fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mays has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Mays closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Chin Low 's guard. Chin Low has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Mays throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Chin Low holds on and takes a little breather. Chin Low wants to stand up but Mays is controlling him.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Xiang Chin Low was stalling too much, according to the referee. Mays shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Chin Low 's guard. Mays working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mays connects with a couple of short punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Chin Low is looking to reverse the position. Mays working away. Mays throwing shots but missing, from side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Chin Low is working to avoid the ground and pound but Mays connects with a decent elbow. Chin Low is trying to buck Mays off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mays could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Chin Low looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Chin Low is trying to stand up here but Mays is controlling him well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mays grinds an elbow into Chin Low 's temple. Mays working the head with strikes. Chin Low is looking for a sweep. Mays has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mays lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Chin Low down.

Chin Low keeps Mays at a distance using the push kick. Chin Low closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Mays sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Chin Low is looking to pass Mays's guard but actually Mays recovers to full guard. Chin Low wants to control from the top but Mays keeps moving. Chin Low trying to move into half guard but instead Mays has managed to sweep!
That's one minute gone in the round. Mays scoring with punches to the head and body. Chin Low isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mays stacks Chin Low on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mays! Chin Low takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Chin Low looks to move to half guard but instead Mays has passed into mount! Damn! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Mays cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Mays is landing with some decent strikes but Chin Low is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Mays connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Chin Low is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mays connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Chin Low is still in real trouble! Can Mays finish him? Chin Low wants to hold on but Mays pushes him away. Chin Low seems to have recovered his senses. Mays prevents Chin Low from getting the reversal. A nice elbow there by Mays.

Mays lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mays scoring with strikes but Chin Low is staying in there. This has been an exciting period of action! Chin Low is squirming around, avoiding Mays's attempts to control the action. Chin Low swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Mays controlling from the full mount. Mays has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Sanford Mays showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mays has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
