PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Exlax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arjen Von Liechtenstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arjen Von Liechtenstein told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Exlax tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Von Liechtenstein paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Exlax is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Exlax stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Von Liechtenstein swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Von Liechtenstein is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Exlax is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Von Liechtenstein gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
