Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magnus Magnuson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magnuson has chosen Thus Spake Zarathustra as his entrance music. Magnus Magnuson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tom Jones's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Magnus Magnuson!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Magnuson's waist but Magnuson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jones.
Magnuson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Magnuson won't allow Jones to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magnuson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jones is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Magnuson, into his guard.

Magnuson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jones has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Magnuson to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Jones is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Magnuson pulls down on the head and he's put Jones to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Magnus Magnuson!
