The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa leaves Death with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've been told by Death's head coaches at Boomerang!! that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Death closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Death lands in his opponent's guard.
Balboa has momentary wrist control but Death slips an elbow through the middle.
