Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ballarat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Madison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Madison throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ballarat's waist but Ballarat gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Madison off to one side.

Ballarat rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Madison moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Madison is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Ballarat to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

Madison thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Madison drops back looking for a leg! Ballarat is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ballarat manages to kick Madison off! Madison jumps back into Ballarat's guard.

Madison is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
