Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Martin Gillmore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jan Standell!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Standell shoots in looking for a takedown. Gillmore tries to sprawl out of it but Standell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gillmore manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gillmore misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Standell.
Standell dodges the punch combination from Gillmore.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gillmore lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Standell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Standell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Standell shoots in looking for a takedown. Gillmore tries to sprawl out of it but Standell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gillmore manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gillmore throws a right and a left that Standell avoids nicely.
Standell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gillmore paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gillmore looks to land a left hand but Standell moved out of range nicely.
Standell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gillmore stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

That was a close round but I would say that Martin Gillmore will probably get the nod.
