Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Gregory!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dominick Guerra!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gregory misses with a takedown attempt - Guerra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Guerra wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Gregory closes this distance looking for a takedown but Guerra circles away.
A cross from Guerra lands.
Guerra throws a looping overhand right but Gregory ducks down to avoid it.
Guerra throws a lazy right hand but Gregory sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Guerra trying to keep a closed guard but Gregory is proving a slippery customer.
Gregory wants to control from the top but Guerra keeps moving.
Joe Gregory has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Guerra scores with a jab.
A lazy left from Guerra finds it's target.
Gregory slips under a jab.
Guerra throws a hook but Gregory avoids it easily.
Gregory shoots for a double leg takedown but Guerra sprawls well. He's pushed Gregory's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Guerra has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Gregory. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gregory shoots and misses
and Guerra counters with a good low kick that Gregory was not able to check.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gregory throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Guerra was covering up waiting for the punch and Gregory finishes the takedown easily into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Guerra is on top in guard.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gregory has his foot on Guerra's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guerra works his way back into a safe position though.
We've been hearing good reports from Gregory's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Gregory looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Guerra is defending well. Gregory quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Guerra has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gregory celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
