Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sativa Sensei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Nixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sensei comes to the cage accompanied by Stevie Ray - Pride and Joy. Nixon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Upsetters - Dread Lion. Richard Nixon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
36 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sativa Sensei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
32 - 12 - 2, fighting out of London, Richard Nixon! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sensei ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sensei is looking to slow Nixon down with leg kicks. Sensei looks to score with a jab to the body but Nixon is just out of range. An inside leg kick lands from Sensei. Sensei throws out a leg kick but Nixon moves out of range and Sensei only half commits. Nixon scores with a nice body kick.
Sensei throws a leg kick that misses. Nixon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Senseis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! We've been informed that Nixon has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Nixon checks a leg kick. Nixon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Sensei scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nixon connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. This has been an exciting period of action! Sensei misses with a lunging right hand
and Nixon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sensei throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Nixon is looking to chop away at Sensei's legs. Sensei dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nixon looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Sensei shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. A jab from Sensei finds it's way through Nixon's defenses. Nixon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sensei. A jab from Nixon misses. Nixon lands with a thumping leg kick.

Sensei fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nixon. Sensei feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nixon's calf.

and Nixon counters with a good low kick that Sensei was not able to check. Nixon throws a low kick but Sensei moves out of range easily. Nixon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sensei at a distance.

Sensei tries to clinch up but Nixon circles away and keeps his distance. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sensei throws a body punch but Nixon moves out of range. Sensei throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sensei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nixon was well out of range. Poor timing from Sensei. Sensei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nixon throws a low kick but it's checked well by Sensei. Sensei throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Sensei dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sensei looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A nice leg kick lands there from Nixon. Sensei is looking to wear down Nixon with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Sensei throws a half hearted mid kick. Nixon's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Sensei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nixon was well out of range. Poor timing from Sensei. Sensei connects with a high kick.
It looks like Richard Nixon has been cut. Nixon lands a really nice looking cross but Sensei seems unphased.

That was a close round but I would say that Sativa Sensei will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Richard Nixon's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sensei eats them both and turns towards Nixon to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Good standup being displayed there by Nixon as he connects with a hook. Nixon thuds a left hand into Sensei's body. Nixon scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. That kick from Nixon tenderised Sensei's leg. Sensei is trying to keep his angry face on. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nixon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sensei has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sensei and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Sensei wants to land a leg kick but Nixon is out of range. Nixon throws an overhand right that lands on Sensei's shoulder, as Sensei tries to avoid the shot. Sensei takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sensei misses with an attempted mid kick.

Nixon dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sensei. That did some damage!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Richard Nixon. I think Nixon has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
