Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gros Jambon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gray has chosen Skindred - Warning as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gros Jambon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nick Gray! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gray tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jambon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gray somewhat. Jambon throws out a leg kick but Gray moves out of range and Jambon only half commits. Gray checks a low kick from Jambon. Nice defenses there by Gray. Gray is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jambon's half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jambon tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Gray manages to move to mount!
Jambon can't escape the position.
Gray is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jambon has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Jambon is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jambon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gray landing strikes from the mount and Jambon is in trouble! Gray wants to finish this one by submission but Jambon is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Gray. Gray looking to control but Jambon is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Gray is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Jambon in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Jambon avoids a series of strikes thrown by Gray.
Jambon is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gray looking to ground and pound but Jambon is blocking nicely. Gray looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Jambon is looking to get to half guard. Jambon wants to control but Gray is having none of it. Jambon is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gray is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jambon is trying to escape the mount.
Gray scoring with strikes but Jambon is staying in there. Jambon tries to reverse the position but Gray maintains control. Gray is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jambon to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jambon shrugs it off. Gray is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Jambon is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Jambon flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gray anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Jambon and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gray slips an arm under Jambon chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gray has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gray is squeezing on Jambon like an anaconda would it's prey. Jambon fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
