Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Tsoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafal Arsic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsoi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Zvezda po Imeni Solnce. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Viktor Tsoi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafal Arsic! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arsic moves out of range as Tsoi throws a body kick.
Tsoi motions for Arsic to come forward. Tsoi throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Tsoi tries to score with a low kick but Arsic moves his leg out of the way. Arsic's coach down at Nonprofit Vegas Elite $50 ($1000 value) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Arsic's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Tsoi wants to land a leg kick but Arsic is out of range. Arsic checks the leg kick nicely there.
Arsic darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Tsoi trying to hold on to Arsic's head to control him but Arsic postures up.
Tsoi's coaches at Beast Cartel have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Arsic is trying to control the action in half guard but Tsoi is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Tsoi wants to get back to full guard. Tsoi wants to control but Arsic is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tsoi tries to get to full guard but Arsic has control of the leg. Arsic is looking to take a break and control but Tsoi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Arsic feints and as Tsoi raises his hands in defense, Arsic changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Tsoi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Arsic doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Arsic manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Arsic wants to control from the top but Tsoi keeps moving. Arsic pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tsoi is keeping the position for now. Arsic sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tsoi's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Arsic wants to take a breather but Tsoi is having none of it. Tsoi trying to hold on to Arsic's head to control him but Arsic postures up.
Tsoi won't allow Arsic to pass to mount. Arsic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tsoi keeps working. Tsoi is trying to get back to full guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Tsoi is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Arsic's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Arsic's back! Tsoi controlling from the back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arsic prevents Tsoi from getting a body triangle. Arsic is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Tsoi.
Arsic defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Tsoi's arms.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tsoi is trying to control but Arsic is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
Tsoi has control of Arsic's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Arsic regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Tsoi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Arsic throws out the jab. Tsoi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Arsic moves away. Tsoi throws a leg kick but Arsic checks it. Arsic misses with a straight right. Arsic feints and as Tsoi raises his hands in defense, Arsic changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Tsoi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Arsic looking to pass the guard. Tsoi controls Arsic momentarily but Arsic frees himself. Tsoi has his foot on Arsic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Arsic works his way back into a safe position though. Tsoi is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsoi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Arsic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Arsic engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Arsic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tsoi swivels though and keeps the full guard. Arsic must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Tsoi looking for a guillotine here but Arsic defends easily.
Tsoi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Arsic stacks Tsoi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Arsic!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tsoi looking for a sweep but Arsic has passed into full mount! Oh no! Arsic throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Tsoi wants to control but Arsic is having none of it. Tsoi is trying desperately to improve position. Tsoi tries to lock up and control but Arsic gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Arsic looking to control but Tsoi is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Arsic is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Tsoi sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Arsic is thwarting Tsoi's attempts to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tsoi lands with a nice body kick. Tsoi keeps Arsic at a distance using the push kick. Arsic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tsoi moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tsoi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Arsic. Tsoi misses with a body kick. Tsoi takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Arsic throws a shot from downtown. Tsoi moves away and avoids it. Arsic feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tsois jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Arsic looks to land a right hand but Tsoi moved out of range. Tsoi smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tsoi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Arsic chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tsoi can pounce on him.
A big right from Tsoi misses. Arsic misses with a straight left. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Viktor Tsoi will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Danga de danga de dang - Tsoi scores with a four punch combination! Tsoi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Arsic throws out the jab. Tsoi throws a body kick that misses. Tsoi slips a straight right by Arsic. Tsoi tried to score with a low kick but Arsic checks it. Arsic takes a body punch but keeps moving. Arsic throws a looping overhand right but Tsoi ducks down to avoid it. Arsic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A low kick from Tsoi is predictable there and Arsic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Arsic might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Crunch! Tsoi slams his shin into Arsic's torso. Tsoi misses with a low kick.
Arsic thows a left - swing and a miss! Tsoi slips under a jab. A nice leg kick lands there from Tsoi.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Arsic misses with a straight left. Arsic has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tsoi. Tsoi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Arsic is able to avoid easily. Tsoi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Tsoi throws the left hand but Arsic avoids the punch easily. Viktor Tsoi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Arsic on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tsoi. Tsoi obviously looking to wear him down.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tsoi.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Arsic throws a hook but Tsoi blocks it. Tsoi on the wrong end of a nice jab. Tsoi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tsoi connects with a solid leg kick. Arsic scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Arsic has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Tsoi. Tsoi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A swing and a miss from Arsic.

Tsoi throws a half hearted mid kick. Tsoi shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. An inside leg kick from Tsoi misses. Arsic on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tsoi. Tsoi obviously looking to wear him down.
Viktor Tsoi is winning the standup battle so far. Tsoi attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Tsoi slips under a jab. Tsoi tries to land a front kick but Arsic steps back. Tsoi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tsoi. Arsic shrugs it off though. Arsic's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Tsoi throws a nice outside leg kick. Arsic moves out of range of the leg kick from Tsoi. A cross from Arsic lands. Tsoi throws a nice inside leg kick. Tsoi misses with a kick to the body.
Viktor Tsoi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arsic throws a hook but Tsoi avoids it easily. Tsoi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Arsic looks to land a combination but Tsoi avoids it well. Tsoi looks for the body kick but Arsic saw that one coming. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tsoi slips a jab from Arsic. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tsoi is looking to score with low kicks. Arsic on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Tsoi scores with a hook to the body. Arsic takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Rafal Arsic has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Arsic scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
And that's the end of the fight! Viktor Tsoi showed his dominance in that final round. Well Tsoi has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
