Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sarkis Terteryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob comes to the cage accompanied by Notkea rotta - Itä meidän. Terteryan has chosen Röyksopp - The Fear as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 23 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Billy Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 31 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sarkis Terteryan! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terteryan bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Bob! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Bob is rocked!
It looks like Billy Bob has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Terteryan stays in close to Bob's body and controls the position. Oh Bob is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Terteryan stopping the sweep attempt from Bob. Bob seems to have got his legs back now. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Terteryan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bob wants to stand up but Terteryan is controlling him. Terteryan wants to control from the top but Bob keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Terteryan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bob will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Terteryan stopping the sweep attempt from Bob.
That's one minute gone in the round. Terteryan throws a strike but Bob rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Terteryan lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bob! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Terteryan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Terteryan has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bob's face.
Terteryan tries to control but Bob wriggling away. Terteryan jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bob is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bob and Terteryan has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Terteryan decides to stand back up. Terteryan steps back and let's Bob get back to his feet. Bob slaps away a takedown attempt from Terteryan, before circling back to the center of the mat. Terteryan stuffs the takedown attempt from Bob. Bob gets slowly back to his feet. Terteryan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bob. Terteryan misses with a hook. Bob ducked under it nicely. Bob walks into a straight right hand from Terteryan. Bob throws a good cross that connects.
Terteryan has Bob up against the cage in a clinch.
Come on Terteryan - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bob has a couple of punches blocked by Terteryan.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him. Terteryan stops a takedown attempt from Bob.
Terteryan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bob shoots in for a takedown but Terteryan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Bob stuffs the takedown attempt from Terteryan. Terteryan gets slowly back to his feet. Sarkis Terteryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Terteryan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bob manages to avoid it. Terteryan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bob fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Terteryan sprawls well initially but Bob persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Terteryan manages to get to full guard.
Bob with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Terteryan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Terteryan throws a strike but Bob avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bob looking to hit a scissor sweep but Terteryan is one step ahead there. Bob bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Terteryan's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sarkis Terteryan dominated that round. The cut man is working on Billy Bob's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A jab lands there for Bob. Bob bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Terteryan connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bob momentarily.
Terteryan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bob is fending him off so far but Terteryan persists. Nope, Bob circles away and we're back to standing. Terteryan jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bob swings for the body but Terteryan moves out of range.
Terteryan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bob napping and manages to drive through into side control! Terteryan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bob is looking for a sweep. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bob is not content to let Terteryan control the position. Terteryan works to advance to full mount. Bob defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob is working to get back to half guard.
Terteryan throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Bob because Terteryan loaded up on that one. Bob is looking to get to half guard. Terteryan cracks Bob with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Terteryan throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Terteryan pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Terteryan connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Terteryan working for a submission but Bob is keeping him at bay. Bob regains half guard. Terteryan is trying to control the action in half guard but Bob is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Terteryan thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Terteryan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bob is trying to stand back up but Terteryan is controlling him
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bob wants to get back to full guard. Bob keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Terteryan not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. My spies in Main Event Gym inform me that Terteryan has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Terteryan wants to pass to mount but Bob is defending the position. Terteryan trying to control from half guard but Bob is working away. Terteryan is pressing down on Bob's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bob is holding on for now. Terteryan is trying to work for a kimura but Bob is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob is refusing to be controlled, as Terteryan sits in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Terteryan looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bob is looking to improve his position.

Sarkis Terteryan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Billy Bob's cut. That's time! Bob's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!
Terteryan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Terteryan wants it to stay on the feet. Terteryan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Bob walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Terteryan swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sarkis Terteryan! Jumping up and down and very excited, Sarkis Terteryan waved his t-shirt featuring Das Labor's logo in front of the cameras.
