Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Zach Didion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arroyo Malavino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zach Didion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arroyo Malavino! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Didion doesn't manage to clinch there - Malavino circles away.
Malavino lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Didion blocks a head kick by Malavino.
Malavino thows a leg kick but Didion checks it and Didion counters with a leg kick. Didion looks to land a right hand but Malavino moved out of range. Malavino staying out of range there. Malavino fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Malavino slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Malavino has Didion up against the ropes in a clinch.

Didion has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Malavino has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile. Malavino is looking to control Didion's arms but Didion gets an underhook and turns him. Now Malavino has his back to the ropes. Malavino is leaning against Didion and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Malavino moves away from the strike by Didion. Didion tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Malavino paws at him with a jab and circles away. Malavino thows a body shot but no joy. Didion throws a hook but Malavino blocks it. Didion connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Didion avoids the body shot from Malavino.

Malavino throws a lazy body kick and Didion cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Malavino swings for the body but Didion moves out of range.

Didion misses with a straight left. Didion ducks under a wild hook from Malavino. Didion chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Malavino can pounce on him.
Malavino throws a lazy head kick enabling Didion to counter with a crisp jab. Didion throws a series of punches but Malavino avoids them all with ease. Malavino lands with a nice body punch. Didion takes a shot to the body in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A bone on bone clash there as Didion blocks the leg kick.

and Didion counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Malavino moves out of range as Didion strikes. Malavino jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Malavino dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Didion. That did some damage! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arroyo Malavino showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Zach Didion's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

And that's the end of the fight! Arroyo Malavino comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Malavino has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
