Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mr Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Handeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handeson has chosen Go Hard as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mr Bradshaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ben Handeson! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradshaw tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Handeson swivels and escapes. Bradshaw looks to land a combination but Handeson avoids it well. Bradshaw shoots for a double leg takedown but Handeson sprawls well. He's pushed Bradshaw's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Handeson misses with a series of wild punches.
Handeson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bradshaw to the mat! Bradshaw manages to get full guard. Bradshaw working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Handeson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Handeson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Handeson sitting in guard here, content to control. Handeson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradshaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Handeson stays in close to Bradshaw's body and controls the position. Bradshaw is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bradshaw keeping moving, preventing Handeson from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradshaw looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Handeson passes into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bradshaw looking for a guillotine here but Handeson defends easily.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Handeson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradshaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Despite being in the dominant position, Ben Handeson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Handeson throws a nice looking combination but Bradshaw bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bradshaw goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Mr Bradshaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Handeson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bradshaw changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Bradshaw tries for a takedown but Handeson circles away easily and Handeson counters with a takedown into side control. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mr Bradshaw. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bradshaw is breathing heavily. Bradshaw tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bradshaw is working hard here to advance position. Handeson controlling the position from side mount. Bradshaw gets back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradshaw is trying to get back to full guard. Handeson is taking a breather. Bradshaw says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bradshaw actively working from the bottom here. Handeson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Handeson trying to pass the guard but Bradshaw defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Handeson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bradshaw, pushing him back against the cage. Bradshaw breaks the clinch.
A nice combination there by Bradshaw.

Bradshaw doesn't succeed with the takedown and Handeson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bradshaw's guard now. Bradshaw looking for a guillotine here but Handeson defends easily.
Handeson content to stall in guard here. Handeson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bradshaw keeping moving, preventing Handeson from controlling successfully. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bradshaw escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Handeson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Handeson sitting in guard, not really doing much. Handeson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bradshaw swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bradshaw is looking to sinch up a triangle. Handeson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bradshaw's body to avoid the submission. Bradshaw has instead reached around Handeson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bradshaw arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
