Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mang Bert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladamir Sirminov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mang Bert! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vladamir Sirminov! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! An inside leg kick lands from Sirminov. A head kick misses from Sirminov. Bert tries to clinch up. Bert takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. A telegraphed right hand from Sirminov misses the target. Sirminov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. An inside leg kick from Sirminov misses. Some bone on bone action there as Bert checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Sirminov throws a leg kick but Bert sees it coming and checks it nicely. Sirminov walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bert checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Sirminov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bert gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Sirminov with a jab. Sirminov misses with a body kick. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sirminov.
Bert closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sirminov can do anything to dispel that myth. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Sirminov tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bert is looking to take a break and control but Sirminov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bert is breathing heavily. Sirminov is trying to control Bert's posture but Bert avoids it. Sirminov might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bert haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Sirminov is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bert asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sirminov is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Bert wants to control but Sirminov is keeping him busy. Bert advances to full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bert controlling from the full mount. Bert working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Sirminov turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Bert off and cradles Sirminov's limp body as Bert celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Mang Bert!
