Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shaka Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Gracieq (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zulu comes to the cage accompanied by wild boys. Royce Gracieq has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shaka Zulu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Royce Gracieq! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracieq clinches. Zulu is looking for a takedown. Gracieq scores with an uppercut up the middle. Zulu fails to pull guard.
Gracieq is struggling to control the position. Zulu tries to pull guard but Gracieq holds him up against the cage and eventually Zulu drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaka Zulu. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gracieq lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Gracieq lands a right hand that snaps the head of Zulu backwards. A short right from Gracieq on the inside. A short right from Gracieq. A bit of stalling here from Gracieq.
That's one minute gone in the round. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Gracieq. Zulu wants to stall.
Zulu fails to pull guard.
Gracieq digs a right hand underneath Zulu's ribcage. Zulu let out a lung full of air as it connected. Zulu takes a shot to the head. Gracieq throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Zulus head. Zulu tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gracieq stalling.
Gracieq working some nice short punches in the clinch. Zulu tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gracieq smiles and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zulu staying out of range there. Zulu with a lazy takedown attempt and Gracieq counters with a straight right hand. Gracieq has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gracieq should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Zulu letting Gracieq take a breather here. Gracieq scores with a shoulder strike. Gracieq is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Gracieq is leaning against Zulu and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracieq lands a shot to the body. A short left from Gracieq. Zulu decides to pull guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Gracieq trying to control but Zulu is working from the bottom.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Royce Gracieq wasn't active enough on the ground. Gracieq throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zulu with a poor takedown and Gracieq counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gracieq just misses with a punch to the body.
Zulu has his takedown stuffed and Gracieq counters with a right hand to the body. Zulu is breathing heavily. Gracieq throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zulu is looking to land body kicks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zulu misses with a takedown attempt and Zulu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gracieq pushes Zulu up against the cage in a clinch. A short left from Gracieq. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Royce Gracieq dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

A short right from Gracieq. Gracieq drops Zulu onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Zulu is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Zulu is rocked! Gracieq pushes Zulu back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Oh Zulu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This has been an exciting period of action! Gracieq working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Zulu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gracieq walks away with a smile on his face. Zulu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Zulu with a poor takedown and Gracieq scores with a counter punch that sends Zulu to the canvas! Gracieq smells blood - he's punishing Zulu with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Zulu has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Royce Gracieq! Shaka Zulu was interviewed post fight and said 'sorry to all of my fans(all 2).'.
