Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Snuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sick Puppy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snuka's entrance music is Superfly by Curtis Mayfield. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Puppy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Puppy misses with a series of wild punches.
Snuka takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Puppy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Snuka blocks a leg kick.
Snuka throws a nice looking combination but Puppy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Snuka lands the left hand.
Puppy misses with a head kick.
Snuka tries to clinch up but Puppy circles away and keeps his distance.
Snuka throws a hook but Puppy avoids it easily.
Puppy connects with a body shot that sends Snuka's belly button to the back.
Puppy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Snuka.
Snuka takes a swing at Puppy's ribcage but misses.
A big left from Puppy misses.
Snuka displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Puppy.
Snuka decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Snuka has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Snuka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Puppy can't escape the position.
Snuka scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Puppy squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Snuka with shots to the head and body - Puppy looks very uncomfortable down there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Snuka landing strikes, looking to finish!
Puppy is desperately trying to improve his position but Snuka has a good base and remains in mount.

Puppy is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Puppy working to try and regain half guard.
Puppy is still in real trouble! Can Snuka finish him?
Puppy seems to have recovered his senses.
Snuka is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Puppy to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Puppy shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Puppy wants to control but Snuka is having none of it.
Puppy can't escape the position.
Puppy is still trying to improve position.
Puppy wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Snuka postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Puppy looks a forlorn figure.
Snuka putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Snuka lands a big elbow - Puppy is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Puppy is forced to tap out!
