Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Jaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Coryatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coryatt has chosen Welcome 2 Houston as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Jaa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Coryatt! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coryatt shoots in and drives through. Jaa sprawls well. Coryatt fails with a takedown attempt. Tony Jaa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jaa pivots, looking for a leg kick but Coryatt is out of range and Jaa settles back down. Coryatt fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jaa is out of range. Coryatt moves out of range as Jaa strikes. Coryatt misses with a body kick. Jaa closes the distance looking to clinch and Coryatt counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Jaa tries to close the distance and clinch but Coryatt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Coryatt goes for a double leg but Jaa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jaa continues to drive forward. Tony Jaa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Coryatt. Jaa slowing the pace effectively. Coryatt fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Jaa blocks the elbow strike.
Jaa's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jaa pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Coryatt back to the cage. Jaa follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Jaa cracks Coryatt with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaa moves into the clinch. Jaa using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Coryatt has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Our sources have told us that Jaa has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Jaa is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Coryatt is defending well for now. Jaa lands a right hand. Coryatt wants to break free but Jaa has control.
Jaa tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Coryatt avoids it. Coryatt tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Jaa just leaning against Coryatt, taking a breather. Jaa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Coryatt shoots in but Jaa avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jaa tries to clinch but Coryatt is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaa takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Coryatt misses with a series of wild punches.
Jaa fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Coryatt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jaa. Jaa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Coryatt fails with a takedown attempt. Coryatt fails with the takedown. Jaa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Coryatt paws at him with a jab and circles away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Coryatt. Coryatt takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Tony Jaa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jaa moves into the clinch. Jaa throws an elbow that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coryatt takes a knee right on the jaw!
Jaa tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Coryatt avoids it. Jaa lands a right hand. Coryatt lands a shoulder strike. Coryatt's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Jaa lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Coryatt backwards. Jaa misses with a body punch.
Coryatt lands with a short head shot on the inside. Coryatt prevents a body shot from Jaa. Coryatt working some nice short punches in the clinch. A knee to the head by Jaa.
Jaa wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jaa wants to stand up but Coryatt is controlling him. Coryatt wants to control from the top but Jaa keeps moving. Coryatt stops Jaa from standing up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jaa wants to get back to his feet but Coryatt passes into half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Coryatt not doing much here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Jaa dominated that round. That's time! Jaa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jaa misses with a low kick.
Coryatt pushes Jaa up against the cage in a clinch. Jaa looking to throw knees to the head but Coryatt is blocking nicely.
Coryatt wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Coryatt managing to block the knees to the body from Jaa.

Jaa gets tackled into the cage by Coryatt. Coryatt maintains the clinch. Jaa can't break the clinch.

A solid body kick from Jaa. Jaa throws a sloppy head kick and Coryatt moves out of range easily. Coryatt dives in and scores a takedown into Jaa's guard. Coryatt trying to control but Jaa is working from the bottom. Jaa is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Coryatt is controlling him. Coryatt looking to sit in guard and control but Jaa gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jaa stands up from Coryatt's guard - Jaa perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaa closes the distance and clinches. Coryatt looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Coryatt wants to break free but Jaa has control.
This has been an exciting period of action! Jaa throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Coryatt blocks it with crossed arms. Coryatt prevents a body shot from Jaa. Coryatt lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Coryatt blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Coryatt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Coryatt shoots in for a double leg but Jaa sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tony Jaa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Coryatt. A punch combination from Jaa misses. Jaa scores with a kick to the body.
Coryatt circles away from the clinch attempt.
Coryatt throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jaa tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Coryatt is in Jaa's guard. Jaa is looking to stand up but Coryatt isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coryatt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Coryatt sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jaa's guard. Coryatt thows a huge punch but Jaa dodges it nicely.
Jaa kicks off Coryatt and gets to his feet. Jaa scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Jaa throws a head kick but Coryatt moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jaa looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jaa looks to land a combination but Coryatt avoids it well. Tony Jaa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Coryatt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jaa's waist but Jaa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coryatt off to one side. Jaa misses with a two punch combination.
Jaa scores with a nice head shot. Coryatt lands a slapping body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coryatt scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jaa wants to get back to his feet. Coryatt is trying to control the action in half guard but Jaa is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Jaa manages to escape and get back to his feet! Coryatt avoids the head kick by Jaa.
Coryatt fails with a takedown attempt. Tony Jaa is winning the standup battle so far. Coryatt misses with a two punch combination.
Jaa cracks a nice hook into Coryatt's ribs. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Coryatt misses with a body kick. Coryatt moves out of range of the strikes. Coryatt closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Coryatt lands in his opponent's guard. Coryatt tries to free his leg and advance position but Jaa is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Kevin Coryatt will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Jaa leaves Coryatt with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jaa throws a leg kick and Coryatt holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Coryatt manages to break the clinch.
Coryatt shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jaa as he avoids it easily. Jaa moves in looking to clinch but Coryatt pushes him off. Coryatt has Jaa up against the cage in a clinch.

Coryatt misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Tony Jaa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Coryatt. A combination from Coryatt does no damage. Jaa pushes Coryatt away with a front kick. Jaa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coryatt circles away quickly and effectively. Jaa swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Coryatt goes for a double leg but Jaa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jaa continues to drive forward. Coryatt takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaa wants to break the clinch but can't.
Jaa tries to work over Coryatt's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Jaa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jaa tries to sprawl but Coryatt drives through with a takedown into half guard. Jaa tries to kick Coryatt off but Coryatt keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Coryatt wants to pass the guard but Jaa is defending well. Nice strikes from Coryatt there. Jaa is refusing to be controlled, as Coryatt sits in half guard. Coryatt sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jaa defending well though. Coryatt not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coryatt tries to pass to full mount but Jaa defends it. Coryatt stops Jaa from getting back to his feet.
Coryatt is just content to waste time from the top position. Jaa takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Jaa wants to stand and escape but Coryatt is having none of it. Jaa trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Coryatt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jaa swivels though and keeps the full guard. Coryatt landing some decent shots from guard. Jaa wants to stand but Coryatt is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coryatt missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Coryatt pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jaa is keeping the position for now. Jaa keeping moving, preventing Coryatt from controlling successfully. Coryatt wants to pass the guard but Jaa is keeping the position. Jaa wants to stand and escape but Coryatt is having none of it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Coryatt trying to control but Jaa is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Jaa. I think Jaa has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by majority decision... Kevin Coryatt! In his post fight interview, Kevin Coryatt started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
