Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lion wants to slow Lee down by chopping away at his legs.
Lee tries to clinch up but Lion circles away and keeps his distance.
Lee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nice sprawl there from Lion as Lee shoots in.
Nice body punch from Lion.
Lee checks a low kick from Lion.
Lion throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lee was covering up waiting for the punch and Lion finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Lee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lion can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Lion is in close to Lee's body, working some short punches and elbows.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lee can do anything to dispel that myth.
Lion loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lee is trying to control the position but Lion postures up.
Lion will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lion slips nicely into half guard.

Lion is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lion wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.

Lion slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lee is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lee thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Lion postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lion is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Lion lands a jab to Lee's midsection.
Lion pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lee is out of range and Lion settles back down.
Lee takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Lee shoots in for a takedown but Lion shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Leonardo Lion has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Lee.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lion swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lion lands with a shot to the body.
Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lee throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lion tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lee is in Lion's guard.

Lee throws an elbow that misses. Lion uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lee's guard. Nice move by Lion!
Lee wants to hit a switch here but Lion passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lee there!

Lion drops a big elbow. That's hurt Lee! More shots from Lion and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
