Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jojiro Yamanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otis Kade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jojiro Yamanaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Otis Kade! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kade ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yamanaka moves away. Yamanaka lands a jab to Kade's midsection. Kade darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Kade tries to sprawl but Yamanaka drives through with a takedown into half guard. Yamanaka has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Yamanaka thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Yamanaka seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Yamanaka's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Yamanaka trying to pass the guard but Kade defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamanaka content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jojiro Yamanaka wasn't doing enough on the ground. Yamanaka lands a jab-cross combination. Yamanaka lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kade at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kade takes a swing at Yamanaka's ribcage but misses. Kade throws a combination that misses and Yamanaka counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kade gets cracked there but stands up to it.

and Yamanaka counters with a straight right hand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kade cracks a nice hook into Yamanaka's ribs. Kade throws a series of punches but Yamanaka moves out of range. Kade needs to keep his hands up - Yamanaka had a free shot at his head there. Kade misses with a combination
and Yamanaka counters with a two punch combo. Some wild striking there from Kade.
Yamanaka fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kade sprawls well initially but Yamanaka persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yamanaka is pressing down on Kade's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kade is holding on for now. Yamanaka throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Yamanaka throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yamanaka throws a strike but Kade avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Yamanaka engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Yamanaka throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yamanaka lands a couple of digs. Yamanaka is looking to work some ground and pound but Kade has wrist control. Yamanaka looking to control the position here, rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jojiro Yamanaka dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kade dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kade just misses with a punch to the body.
Kade throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yamanaka bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kade's head. Sloppy strikes from Kade. Those never looked like landing. Kade throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kade fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Yamanaka avoids the body shot from Kade.
Kade throws a body punch but Yamanaka moves out of range. Yamanaka displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kade throws out the jab. The fighters circling - Kade throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. and Yamanaka counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Yamanaka counters with a lovely straight right hand! Kade swings and misses with a shot to the body and Yamanaka counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jojiro Yamanaka is winning the standup battle so far. Kade throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kade throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kade is breathing heavily. Kade throws a combination that misses and Yamanaka counters with a left and a right... And another left! Kade is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
