Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ads Barton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hal Tamner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ads Barton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hal Tamner!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barton shoots and misses
and Tamner counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Barton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tamner's waist but Tamner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barton off to one side.
Barton tried to score with a low kick but Tamner checks it.
Barton fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ads Barton. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Barton has his takedown stuffed
and Tamner counters with a single leg into guard. Barton didn't expect that.
Barton is breathing heavily.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Tamner is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
It looks like Tamner might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Hal Tamner hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Tamner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Tamner lands a body shot.
Tamner wobbles Barton with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Tamner dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Barton to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Hal Tamner!
During a confident post fight interview, Hal Tamner thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
