Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bod Zio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Lankari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zio's entrance music is Old Mcdonald had a farm. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lankari's choice of entrance music: AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lankari tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zio swivels and escapes.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Lankari is looking to take a break and control but Zio is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Zio really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lankari seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Zio does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Zio is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at The Seven Sins Grappling Academy that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Zio tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lankari cranks the arm and Zio screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Zio, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

After winning the bout, Hans Lankari thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
