Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dragos Podgaetschii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konstantin Ree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Konstantin Ree!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ree tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Podgaetschii defends well and Ree ends up having to push Podgaetschii into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Ree throws a right and a left that Podgaetschii avoids nicely.

Dragos Podgaetschii has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Konstantin Ree.

Podgaetschii is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Soul Supremacy Fight Club - ELITE TRAINERS----$580 that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Ree drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Podgaetschii dives on top into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Podgaetschii remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Ree tries to roll over but Podgaetschii keeps him under control.

Podgaetschii is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ree doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Podgaetschii.
Podgaetschii is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ree!
Ree is desperately trying to improve his position but Podgaetschii has a good base and remains in mount.

Ree has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Podgaetschii should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ree has tightened it up now! Podgaetschii should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
