Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between William Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ba Lil I (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
29 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, William Sims!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ba Lil I!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lil I feints a jab promting Sims to slip. Lil I then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Sims slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Sims throws a leg kick which misses Lil I's front leg but catches the back leg as Lil I tries to avoid it.
Lil I tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sims sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lil I somewhat.
Sims lands the left hand.
Sims lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
William Sims seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sims looks to throw the jab but Lil I is out of range.
Lil I avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lil I keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
A big right from Sims misses.

Sims tries to clinch up.
Sims with a nice cross.
Sims misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lil I.
Sims scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Sims goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fighters circling - Sims throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Sims takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lil I dives in and grabs Sims's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sims pushes down on Lil I's head and hops out.
Lil I shoots in and gets a takedown into Sims's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Sims is looking for a triangle but Lil I pushes his legs off easily.
Lil I looking to pass the guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lil I trying to control the position from guard on top but Sims is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lil I slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Sims is trying to improve his position.
Lil I wants to control but Sims is keeping him busy.
Sims might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lil I connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sims some visible discomfort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lil I gets to mount! Sims was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Lil I lands a big elbow.
Sims regains half guard.
Sims has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lil I is working away from the top position though.
Sims manages to get to full guard.
Sims keeping moving, preventing Lil I from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sims has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lil I doesn't defend quickly enough and Sims has managed to lock this one up! Can Lil I escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sims on a fantastic submission victory.
