Bak kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is you've lost that loving feeling. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bak slips a straight right by Mason.

Mason has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mason turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mason manages to end up in side control.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Brian Mason took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
In defeat, Ong Bak stepped up to the mic, saying 'Osssss'.
