Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deidara Zetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fatu Tua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zetsu comes to the cage accompanied by Make Me. Tua comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Freak on a Leash by Korn kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Deidara Zetsu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fatu Tua! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Decent striking displayed by Tua there.
It looks like Deidara Zetsu has been cut. Zetsu checks a leg kick. Zetsu misses with a looping left. Zetsu tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Tua is able to avoid easily. Tua with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tua closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Tua swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Zetsu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tua's knee momentarily. Zetsu throws a shot from downtown. Tua moves away and avoids it. Zetsu moves out of range of the strikes. Tua throws an overhand right that lands on Zetsu's shoulder, as Zetsu tries to avoid the shot. The fighters circling - Zetsu throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A slow jab from Tua misses its intended target. Tua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zetsu. Tua has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tua there as he acknowledges the shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tua throws a lazy right hand but Zetsu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. We've been informed that Tua has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Tua has closed the distance and engaged Zetsu in a clinch.
Zetsu using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tua has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Zetsu misses with a hook from the clinch. Tua breaks from the clinch.
Tua lands the left hand. Nice defenses there by Zetsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zetsu. Zetsu rushes Tua and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Knees to the body from Zetsu.

It looks like Fatu Tua has been cut. Tua blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Still in the clinch, Zetsu scores with a nice short uppercut. Tua working hard to break the clinch. Zetsu unloads a knee to the mid-section. Tua looks winded! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Zetsu lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Zetsu lands a nice uppercut. Zetsu lands with a right to the head. Zetsu stalls. Zetsu using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Zetsu with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Tua escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Zetsu wants to clinch up but Tua keeps it at a distance. Tua avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zetsu looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Zetsu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Tua's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Zetsu lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Zetsu keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tua's efforts to push away. Tua wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Zetsu has him pressed against the cage. Tua wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. A quick uppercut on the inside from Zetsu.
Tua is rocked! Zetsu lands on the inside with an uppercut. Tua is still on wobbly legs! Can Zetsu finish him? Zetsu creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Tua's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Tua drops to his knees and Zetsu pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
