Malik has chosen Enae Volare Mezzo as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Marco Rivera could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Waleed Malik's chin.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera swings for the body but Malik moves out of range.
Rivera is looking to clinch but Malik is avoiding it.
Malik lands a head kick. Rivera smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Marco Rivera has been cut.
Rivera blocks a head kick by Malik.
Malik throws a head kick but Rivera moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Malik.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Malik.
Malik clinches up with Rivera and pushes him back against the cage.
Rivera keeps control of Malik as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Malik wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Rivera lands an elbow just above Malik 's eye.
It looks like Waleed Malik has been cut.
Malik misses with a knee to the head.
Rivera breaks from the clinch.
Malik tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Rivera counters with a huge head kick that drops Malik! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marco Rivera!
