Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brett Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miroslav Lazanski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miroslav Lazanski!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons shoots in looking for a takedown. Lazanski tries to sprawl out of it but Simmons keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lazanski manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lazanski shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lazanski showed some decent athleticism there.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lazanski is keen to just control but Simmons is a slippery customer.
Simmons manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Simmons lands a couple of good shots and Lazanski has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Simmons sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Lazanski taps out!
