The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punch fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hart tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Punch walks into a jab.
Hart feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Punch's calf.
Bret Hart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Punch tries to clinch there but Hart circles away.
Hart takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Punch jumps guard but Hart stands there with Punch around his waist. Punch gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The cut man is working on Speed Punch's cut.
That's time! Hart's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hart throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Punch tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hart moves into the clinch.
Punch tries to score a body lock takedown but Hart shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Hart is pushing Punch up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Hart creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Punch's defenses.
Punch is breathing heavily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Bret Hart.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hart, as that shot connected.
Punch misses with a body shot.
Hart fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Punch on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Punch is rocked!
Hart lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Punch crumples to the floor! Hart milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
