The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holzken throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rodriguez.
Holzken fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rodriguez avoids it really well and circles away.
A head kick misses from Holzken.
Rodriguez shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Holzken pushes Rodriguez off but Rodriguez dives into side control.
Holzken is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Holzken wants to get back to his feet but Rodriguez is dominant here and he's now got Holzken's back!
Holzken is looking to escape but he's done so without protecting himself and Rodriguez manages to counter with a nice rear naked choke! Holzken is in trouble and he's forced to tap!
