Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ray Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Kilju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rabago comes into the arena with Dance Gavin Dance - Strawberry Swisher Pt1 blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ray Rabago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pablo Kilju! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rabago throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kilju counters with a single leg into guard. Rabago didn't expect that. Kilju drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rabago dives on top into guard. Rabago wanted to stand there but Kilju had control of the position. Rabago throwing strikes but missing. Rabago lands a couple of elbows. Rabago got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kilju has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rabago has managed to get both his arms back between Kilju's legs - danger averted. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kilju preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kilju bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rabago's guard. Kilju looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kilju drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rabago looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rabago looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rabago!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilju manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Kilju seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rabago does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Kilju tries to pass the half guard into mount. Rabago knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Kilju is looking for a kimura but Rabago is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kilju to get the leverage. Kilju is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rabago defends it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rabago is trying to stand back up but Kilju is controlling him

Kilju wants to control but Rabago is keeping him busy. Rabago kicks off Kilju and gets to his feet. A swing and a miss from Rabago. Rabago throws a series of punches but Kilju moves out of range. Rabago circles away from the clinch attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rabago misses with a combination
and Kilju counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kilju is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rabago. Kilju jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rabago walks away with a smile on his face. Kilju gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Kilju tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rabago swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rabago misses with a double jab.
Rabago throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kilju gets a clinch. Rabago throws a head punch that misses. I was talking to Rabago's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Kilju fails to pull guard.
Ray Rabago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Kilju. Kilju drags the fight down to the ground.
Rabago won't allow Kilju to sweep him here. Kilju is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rabago defends well. Rabago trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rabago landing some decent shots from guard. We've been informed that Kilju has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Kilju is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Rabago advances position into side control! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rabago lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kilju down.
Rabago cracks Kilju with an elbow. That is naaassty. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rabago throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Kilju works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Rabago thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kilju's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Pablo Kilju will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Rabago scores with a one two! Kilju had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Rabago throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kilju shoots for a takedown but Rabago saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Rabago closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Kilju! Rabago dives in looking to finish! Kilju is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ray Rabago! Our winner, Ray Rabago, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
