Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Retino Blastoma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Young. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Retino Blastoma!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Parker lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Parker.
It looks like Retino Blastoma has been cut.
Blastoma looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Parker wants to get back to full guard.
Parker is defending against the submission attempts here by Blastoma.
Blastoma is nestled in close to Parker, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Parker avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Blastoma.
Blastoma is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Parker is looking for a sweep. Blastoma is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Blastoma seems to be working for a kimura but Parker defends the submission attempt.
Blastoma wants to pass to mount but Parker is defending the position.
Parker makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Blastoma shoots in but no luck this time.
Blastoma looks gassed!
Parker throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Blastoma tumbling to the canvas!
Parker seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Blastoma escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Parker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Blastoma is working an open guard so Parker takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
The crowd cheers as Parker lands an impressive looking overhand right. Blastoma doesn't seem phased though.

That has opened up Retino Blastoma's cut even more.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Parker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Parker breaks the clinch.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Parker knocks Blastoma out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Michael Parker!
