Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ervin Burnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Araune Braddocki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ervin Burnett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Araune Braddocki!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burnett tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Braddocki defends well and Burnett ends up having to push Braddocki into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Braddocki is trying to trip Burnett. He has hold of a leg but Burnett is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Braddocki persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Burnett working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Braddocki doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Braddocki manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Araune Braddocki was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Braddocki throws a head kick that misses.
Braddocki looks to land a combination but Burnett avoids it well.

Braddocki closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Burnett's guard.
Burnett really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Braddocki is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Braddocki wants to control from the top but Burnett keeps moving.
Burnett will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Burnett can't keep his opponent in guard - Braddocki advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Braddocki wants to take a breather but Burnett is having none of it.
Burnett gets back to full guard.
Braddocki is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Burnett is looking for a triangle but Braddocki pushes his legs off easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Braddocki decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Burnett has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Braddocki is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Braddocki turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Braddocki manages to end up in side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Braddocki stands up from Burnett's guard - Braddocki perhaps looking for a knockout.
Oh Burnett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Braddocki drives through and clinches with Burnett against the cage.

Braddocki fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Burnett sprawls well initially but Braddocki persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Burnett throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Braddocki escapes and throws Burnett's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Burnett tries to lock up and control but Braddocki gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Braddocki goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Burnett is on top in guard.

Burnett has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Ervin Burnett has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Burnett misses with a takedown attempt - Braddocki sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Araune Braddocki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Braddocki drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Araune Braddocki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Burnett's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!



Burnett manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Braddocki on his heels. He'll look to pass Braddocki's guard now, I'm sure.
Braddocki wants to sweep here but Burnett controlling him for the moment.

Burnett grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Braddocki is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Burnett knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Burnett for a finish.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Burnett manages to reverse the position and now he's in Braddocki's guard. Nice work there by Burnett.
Ervin Burnett has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Araune Braddocki is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Well Braddocki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
