The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Jones takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Baba takes a jab right on the kisser.
Baba sizes up Jones with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Baba uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jones.
Baba throws a good cross that connects.
Jones takes one on the button.
Jones looks to throw the jab but Baba is out of range.
Jones walks forward, straight into a front kick from Baba.
Jones avoids the head kick by Baba.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Baba throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Mario Jones has been cut.
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jones misses with a combination
and Baba counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Jones is rocked!
Jones swings for the body but Baba moves out of range.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Baba stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jones.
Baba connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jones - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). George Baba!
