Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dr Zoidberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Squash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dr Zoidberg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Squash! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zoidberg lands with a kick to the temple. Squash shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Zoidberg drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zoidberg moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Squash is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Squash wants to control but Zoidberg is keeping busy.
Squash tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Squash keeping hold of Zoidberg's head, controlling as best he can. Zoidberg wants to take a breather but Squash is having none of it. Squash gets back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Squash trying to keep a closed guard but Zoidberg is proving a slippery customer.
Zoidberg has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Squash wants to sweep here but Zoidberg controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Squash is looking for a triangle but Zoidberg pushes his legs off easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Squash misses with a head kick.
Zoidberg lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. A right-left combo lands from Zoidberg. Zoidberg could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Zoidberg scores with a body shot.
Mike Squash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zoidberg decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Zoidberg is trying to work for a kimura but Squash is defending well.
Squash looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Zoidberg is tying to control. Squash wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Zoidberg knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Squash on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zoidberg scoring with strikes to the body and head. Squash looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Zoidberg works his foot free and advances to mount. Zoidberg with the ground and pound from mount. Squash is controlling an arm, preventing Zoidberg from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Squash is squirming around, avoiding Zoidberg's attempts to control the action. Squash wants to hold on but Zoidberg pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Zoidberg is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Squash has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Squash wants to control but Zoidberg is having none of it. Zoidberg trying to control but Squash is having none of it. Zoidberg controlling the pace for now. Zoidberg tries to control but Squash wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dr Zoidberg dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Squash holds on and takes a little breather. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Zoidberg here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Squash manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Zoidberg manages to get himself to full guard.
Zoidberg keeping moving, preventing Squash from controlling successfully. Zoidberg might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Squash is breathing heavily. Zoidberg wants to get back to his feet but Squash is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zoidberg tries to land a sweep but no joy. Squash thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Squash loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Zoidberg keeping moving, preventing Squash from controlling successfully. Zoidberg looking for a sweep. Not yet Zoidberg, not yet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Zoidberg throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Zoidberg drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Squash tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zoidberg tries to advance to mount but can't. Squash is looking to regain half guard here but Zoidberg keeps moving and retains side control. Squash can't do much from the bottom here. Squash might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Zoidberg kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Zoidberg cracks Squash with a big right hand but Squash just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Zoidberg shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Zoidberg showed some decent athleticism there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Squash is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Zoidberg trying to control the action but Squash is working from the bottom. Zoidberg is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Squash doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zoidberg. Zoidberg misses with a head shot. Squash uses the momentum to regain guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Squash is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Zoidberg is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Zoidberg preventing the sweep. Zoidberg wants to pass the guard but Squash is keeping the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Squash fails with the takedown and Zoidberg counters into the clinch. Nicely done. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Zoidberg breaks from the clinch.
Zoidberg closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Squash is trying to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dr Zoidberg dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Squash is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Zoidberg defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Zoidberg defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Zoidberg wants to get back to his feet. Will Squash go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Squash wants to control but Zoidberg is keeping busy. Squash misses with a punch to the head. Squash has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Squash is not going to allow Zoidberg to sit and survive in this position. Squash lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Squash has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Zoidberg has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Zoidberg wants to control his opponent's hands but Squash gets his hands free.
And that's the end of the fight! Dr Zoidberg showed his dominance in that final round. Well Zoidberg has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
