Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, D C!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jessup Pike!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
C throws a nice looking combination but Pike bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pike slips a jab and a cross from C.
C throws a right and a left that both miss.
C misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
C looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
C scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
C will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A punch combination from C misses.
C looks to score with a jab to the body but Pike is just out of range.
C scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Pike is rocked!

C misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pike fails to land the takedown.
Jab, jab by C - just one landing.
Pike is still on wobbly legs! Can C finish him?
C swinging wilding here.
Pike seems to have recovered his senses.
C throws a combination. Pike tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Pike looks gassed!
C misses with a double jab.
C pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

C looks to land a combination but Pike avoids it well.
C looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Pike fails to land the takedown.
C throws a series of punches but Pike moves out of range.
C scores with a jab to the body.
Pike throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
C ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
C throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
C waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Pike.
Pike drives through and clinches with C against the cage.
Pike has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics C uses from the top position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pike is on top in guard.
C knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pike on the ground.
Pike drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Pike seems to have locked his on tight now - C screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Pike, as he picks up the win!
