Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dwain Mcmillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Suramongkol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dwain Mcmillan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sonny Suramongkol ! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcmillan closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Suramongkol tries to land a knee to the head but Mcmillan blocks with his arms.
A short left from Suramongkol . Mcmillan is trying to trip Suramongkol . He has hold of a leg but Suramongkol is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mcmillan persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Mcmillan stands up from Suramongkol 's guard - Mcmillan perhaps looking for a knockout. Suramongkol throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mcmillan closes the distance and clinches. Mcmillan is looking to break free of the clinch but Suramongkol has double underhooks. Suramongkol throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Mcmillan is trying to push Suramongkol away but Suramongkol has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Suramongkol lands a knee to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcmillan tries to pull guard but Suramongkol forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Mcmillan has clasped his hands together around Suramongkol 's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Mcmillan is trying to get an arm triangle but Suramongkol is defending well. Mcmillan prevents Suramongkol from escaping the position. Mcmillan tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Mcmillan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Suramongkol wants to get back to his feet but Mcmillan drags him back down. Suramongkol is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Mcmillan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mcmillan working the ground and pound from side control. Mcmillan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Suramongkol tries to escape but Mcmillan is in control. Suramongkol really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mcmillan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mcmillan is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Suramongkol knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Mcmillan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Mcmillan decides to stand up, so the ref orders Suramongkol to his feet. Sonny Suramongkol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Suramongkol cracks Mcmillan with a right hand to the side of the head. Suramongkol misses with a head kick.
Mcmillan rushes Suramongkol and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcmillan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Suramongkol just stands there and leans against the cage. Mcmillan is trying to pull guard but Suramongkol turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwain Mcmillan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Suramongkol lands a nice knee to the body. Suramongkol lands a body punch in the clinch. Suramongkol misses with some punches.
Mcmillan blocks an elbow strike from Suramongkol .
Mcmillan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Suramongkol uses from the top position. Suramongkol trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mcmillan's guard. Mcmillan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Suramongkol manages to get himself to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcmillan stands up and waves to Suramongkol to follow him. Mcmillan slips under a jab. Suramongkol is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mcmillan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Suramongkol moves to clinch but Mcmillan breaks away and Mcmillan counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mcmillan is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Suramongkol defends it well. Mcmillan seems to be working for a kimura but Suramongkol defends the submission attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dwain Mcmillan dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Suramongkol tries a head kick but it misses.
Mcmillan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Mcmillan is rocked!
It looks like Dwain Mcmillan has been cut. Suramongkol throws a head kick but Mcmillan moves out of range.
Oh Mcmillan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Suramongkol throws a nice outside leg kick. Mcmillan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Suramongkol plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Mcmillan to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Mcmillan just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sonny Suramongkol !
