Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Skinner Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crowe comes to the cage accompanied by Angry Johnny & The Killbillies - A Love More True. Wolf comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shawnee Sioux War Dance kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf pivots, looking for a leg kick but Crowe is out of range and Wolf settles back down.
Crowe tries to score with a low kick but Wolf moves his leg out of the way.
Crowe looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Red Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wolf explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Wolf has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Wolf lands a body shot.
Wolf swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wolf looks to score with a jab to the body but Crowe is just out of range.
Wolf is looking to score with low kicks.
Crowe throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Crowe takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Wolf throws a hook but Crowe avoids it easily.
Crowe looks to land a left hand but Wolf moved out of range nicely.

A punch lands to the side of Crowe 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Wolf slips under a jab from Crowe.
Wolf swings for the body but Crowe moves out of range.
Wolf ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

and Wolf counters with a nice uppercut.
Crowe throws a quick inside leg kick.
Crowe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wolf was well out of range. Poor timing from Crowe.

Wolf fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wolf connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Crowe's hands.
Red Wolf is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wolf swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crowe throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wolf on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crowe lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wolf's sensitive parts.
Wolf misses with a low kick.
Wolf checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Good exchange - Wolf coming out on top.
Wolf lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Crowe has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Crowe there as he acknowledges the shot.

Crowe tries to move into range but Wolf moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A big right from Wolf misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Crowe.
Wolf lands a jab.
Wolf misses with a looping right.
A head kick misses from Crowe.
Wolf chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Crowe can pounce on him.

Wolf throws a right and a left that both miss.
Crowe throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Wolf counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Wolf throws a body punch but Crowe moves out of range.
Wolf has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Crowe.
A combination from Wolf does no damage.
Wolf misses with a body shot

and Crowe counters with a single leg into guard. Wolf didn't expect that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Crowe avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Crowe throws a hook but Wolf avoids it easily.
Crowe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wolf.
Wolf misses the shot to the body.
Red Wolf seems to be getting the better of the standup.

and Crowe counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Crowe wants to control from the top but Wolf keeps moving.
Crowe is really struggling to control Wolf but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crowe missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Crowe trying to control but Wolf is working from the bottom.
Wolf controls Crowe momentarily but Crowe frees himself.

We're going to have a standup here because Skinner Crowe wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Wolf blocks a low kick nicely.
Crowe throws a leg kick but Wolf sees it coming and moves out of range.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Wolf.
Good work by Wolf as he checks the leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wolf throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wolf stalks Crowe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Crowe's face. Crowe staggers backwards, shaken.
Crunch! Wolf slams his shin into Crowe's torso.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Wolf.
Wolf throws a looping overhand right but Crowe ducks down to avoid it.
Wolf tries a head kick but it misses.
Wolf fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Crowe looking to score a takedown here. Wolf is defending well but Crowe drives through and ends up in Wolf's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Crowe accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Crowe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That was a close second round but I would say that Skinner Crowe will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Wolf misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wolf connects with a jab.
Crowe fakes the leg kick and cracks Wolf in the body.
Crowe staying out of range there.
Wolf swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Wolf loads up on a big right hand but Crowe slips the punch.
Wolf throws a hook but Crowe blocks it.
Wolf avoids a kick to the body.
Wolf blocks a head kick by Crowe.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wolf lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Crowe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Crowe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Wolf throws a jab but it's blocked by Crowe.

A slow jab from Wolf misses its intended target.

Wolf pushes Crowe off and gets back to his feet.
Wolf misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Crowe decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wolf's guard.
Crowe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crowe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wolf swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Skinner Crowe showed his dominance in that final round.
