Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksey Olqynik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aleksey Olqynik is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Do! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksey Olqynik! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olqynik takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A decent looking cross lands there for Do.
Olqynik is rocked! Do looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Olqynik is still on wobbly legs! Can Do finish him? Do definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Do throws a nice looking combination but Olqynik bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A punch combination from Do misses. Olqynik slips a jab and a cross from Do.
Do throws a right and a left that Olqynik avoids nicely. Do throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Do fails to land with a series of punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Do throws a head kick but Olqynik moves out of range.
Do rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Olqynik moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Do misses with a few strikes there.
Do throws a looping overhand right but Olqynik ducks down to avoid it. A punch combination from Do misses. Do swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Do is breathing heavily. Do looks to land a combination but Olqynik avoids it well. Do misses with a double jab.
Do rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Olqynik moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Do looks to throw the jab but Olqynik is out of range. No joy there for Do, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Olqynik fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Olqynik throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Do was covering up waiting for the punch and Olqynik finishes the takedown easily into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Do is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Do is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Olqynik is trying to maintain the position but Do is very close to passing his half guard. Do thows a huge punch but Olqynik dodges it nicely.

Olqynik takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Olqynik keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Olqynik keeps trying to improve his position. Do avoids the attempt from Olqynik to control. Do landing shots from mount. Do postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Olqynik in real trouble here! The ref calls for Olqynik to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Do! During a confident post fight interview, Sergei Do thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
