Hold lands a glancing blow to the side of Dos Santos's head.

Hold throws a combination that misses
and Dos Santos counters with a nice right hand that sends Hold toppling to the canvas! Hold scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Dos Santos finish him?!

Hold looks to throw the jab but Dos Santos is out of range.

and Dos Santos counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Hold out cold! What a finish! Dos Santos is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

After the fight, Thiago Dos Santos was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
