Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Opium Opiate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Opiate moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Opiate connects with a leg kick. Holmes looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Opiate counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Opiate.

Holmes takes an elbow to the forehead.
Opiate pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Holmes! Opiate unloads with more strikes and Holmes sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
