Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clyde Horton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ozzy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying James's choice of entrance music: Bark at the Moon by Ozzy Osbourne. The key to victory for Clyde Horton has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James avoids a punch combination nicely.
Horton throws a series of punches but James moves out of range.
Horton jabs James right on the nose. James blinks but takes it well.
Horton moves out of range of the strikes.
Horton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Horton slips a jab and a cross from James.
James avoids the head kick by Horton.

James has closed the distance and engaged Horton in a clinch.

James lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Horton or not.
James works on Horton's body with a couple of short punches.
James breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and James counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by James.
James is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Horton gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Clyde Horton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ozzy James.

James has picked Horton up - he's going for a ride! James dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
