Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simbo Klice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neely's entrance music is Cracker - Low. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Neely! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
35 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Simbo Klice! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neely fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Klice manages to avoid it. The crowd cheers as Klice lands an impressive looking overhand right. Neely doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Jack Neely has been cut. Neely blocks a jab. Klice slaps away a takedown attempt from Neely, before circling back to the center of the mat. Neely takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Neely throws an overhand right that lands on Klice's shoulder, as Klice tries to avoid the shot. Klice will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Neely loads up on a big right hand but Klice slips the punch. Neely takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Good work by Neely as he checks the leg kick. Neely looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Klice showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Neely.
Neely gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Klice. Klice takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Neely tried to score with a low kick but Klice checks it. Decent striking displayed by Klice there.
Jack Neely's cut is getting worse. Neely dives in and scores a takedown into Klice's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Neely being controlled here momentarily. Klice avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Neely throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Klice works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Neely trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Neely working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Neely slips nicely into half guard. Klice trying to control from the bottom.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Neely connects with a nice short shot to Klice's temple. Neely not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Klice keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Klice felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Klice trying to control but Neely postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neely trying to mount his opponent but Klice defends it. Neely wants to lay and pray for a moment but Klice keeps working. Klice slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Neely in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Neely advances position into side control! Klice struggling a bit here. Sloppy strikes there by Neely. Neely advances to mount. Neely with the ground and pound from mount. Neely looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neely punishing his opponent with strikes. Neely can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Klice is looking to escape. Neely landing strikes from the mount and Klice is in trouble! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Neely with a couple of short strikes. Neely scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Neely is in the full mount, landing strikes. Klice is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Neely punishing his opponent with strikes. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Neely cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Klice is squirming around, avoiding Neely's attempts to control the action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neely is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Klice can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Klice is rocked! Neely postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Klice out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Neely goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jack Neely! Jack Neely retains his heavyweight title! A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, Jack Neely made sure he mentioned Hellbent , along with how happy he was to win his fight.
