Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Antti Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thurgood Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammer comes to the cage accompanied by Bolt Thrower - IV Crusade. Jenkins is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mary Jane. Thurgood Jenkins will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Hammer coming out on top.
Jenkins lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hammer at a distance.

Jenkins closes the distance and clinches.

Jenkins tightens his grip and picks Hammer up, before dumping him to the ground. Hammer manages to land in guard.
Jenkins tries to free his leg and advance position but Hammer is retaining full guard.

Jenkins sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hammer's guard.
Hammer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jenkins slows the pace down in half guard.

Jenkins is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hammer is just riding it out for now. Jenkins eventually gives up the hold.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jenkins is trying to control. Hammer wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Jenkins looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Jenkins is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hammer can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Jenkins jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hammer is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hammer and Jenkins has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jenkins throws a low kick but Hammer moves out of range easily.
Jenkins clobbers Hammer with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Still in the clinch, Hammer scores with a nice short uppercut.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hammer creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Jenkins misses with some punches.

Hammer gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jenkins regains guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hammer stands up over Jenkins, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Hammer makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Hammer is working Jenkins over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
