Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between George Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vesa Sykk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelly comes to the cage accompanied by Jedi Mind Tricks / Retaliation . Sykk has chosen Rage Against The Machine - Killing In The Name as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vesa Sykk!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Kelly. Sykk does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sykk misses with a straight left.
Sykk tries to bum rush Kelly with a series of wild strikes but Kelly uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sykk connects with the punch.
Kelly dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sykk. That did some damage!
Sykk stuns Kelly with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Kelly wants to land a leg kick but Sykk is out of range.
Kelly uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sykk.
Kelly throws a wild body kick that Sykk sees coming a mile off.
Kelly connects with the punch.
Sykk avoids the body shot from Kelly.
Kelly connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Sykk.
Sykk on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kelly. Kelly obviously looking to wear him down.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sykk scores with a jab.
Sykk jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sykk misses with a right hand
and Kelly makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Kelly throws a jab but it's blocked by Sykk.
Kelly dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sykk. That did some damage!
Kelly closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Kelly scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sykk doesn't seem bothered though.
An inside leg kick lands from Kelly.
Kelly connects with a body shot that sends Sykk's belly button to the back.
Sykk jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sykk connects with a crisp jab.
Kelly on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Kelly steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Sykk. That one must have hurt.
Kelly takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kelly looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters circling - Sykk throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sykk misses with a looping right.
Sykk's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kelly under the eye.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kelly throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Kelly is looking to wear down Sykk with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sykk, right into the meat.
Nice straight punches there by Sykk. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sykk.
Kelly throws a solid leg kick but Sykk takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kelly.
Kelly throws a head kick but Sykk moves out of range.
Sykk fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kelly manages to avoid it.
Sykk scores with a nice strike.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Sykk!
Kelly is rocked!
Sykk throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Vesa Sykk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sykk moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kelly pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kelly doesn't manage to clinch there - Sykk circles away.
Kelly plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Kelly tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sykk connects with a right hand. Kelly shakes it off.
Sykk looks to land a combination. Kelly sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kelly.
Sykk thows a leg kick but Kelly checks it
and Kelly counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kelly displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sykk throws out the jab.
Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sykk paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sykk throws out a powerful jab.
Sykk misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kelly.
A head kick misses from Sykk.
Sykk slips a jab and a cross from Kelly.
Sykk thuds a left hand into Kelly's body.
Kelly blocks a jab.
Sykk will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A nice combination there by Sykk.
Sykk is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kelly had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sykk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kelly scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sykk doesn't seem bothered though.
Some bone on bone action there as Sykk checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Kelly lands a high kick!
Sykk drops Kelly with a beautiful combination! Kelly stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sykk is looking for the KO!
Oh Kelly is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sykk lands a brutal head kick. Kelly looks out on his feet and Sykk throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Vesa Sykk!
After winning the bout, Vesa Sykk thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
