Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Ian McDunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Cryst Go!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Go ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
McDunn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Go manages to avoid it.
Sloppy strikes from Go. Those never looked like landing.
Go looks to throw the jab but McDunn is out of range.
Go lunges at McDunn with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McDunn's hand.
No luck for McDunn with that takedown attempt.
Go dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Go lands a nice hook to McDunn's body. McDunn takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Go cracks McDunn with an open hand slap.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Go, as that shot connected.
McDunn is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
McDunn works Go's body with a nice hook.
McDunn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Go swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Go scores with a nice right hand.
Go with a hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Go throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McDunn stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
McDunn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Go.
Cryst Go is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Go ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Go fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. McDunn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A telegraphed right hand from Go misses the target.

Go takes a swing at McDunn's ribcage but misses.
Go lands a two punch combo.
Go with a nice cross.
Go throws a one two combo.
McDunn fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Go checks it well.
A looping hook to the body misses from Go. McDunn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Go shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. McDunn eats them both and turns towards Go to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
McDunn takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Go fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McDunn manages to avoid it.

McDunn instigates a clinch.
McDunn tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Go told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

McDunn wants to take the fight to the mat but Go manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Go misses with the head strike.

Go breaks the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and McDunn counters with a left and a right that stings Go.

and McDunn counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Go scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
McDunn is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Go.
McDunn takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
McDunn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McDunn moves out of range as Go strikes.
Go throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

McDunn doesn't manage to clinch there - Go circles away.

Nice defenses there by McDunn.
Go throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McDunn on the side of the head.
Go throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Go throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McDunn sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nice straight punches there by Go. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Go.

Go slaps away a takedown attempt from McDunn, before circling back to the center of the mat.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
McDunn slips a jab and a cross from Go.
McDunn throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Go is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! McDunn had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
McDunn thuds his right hand into Go's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Cryst Go will probably get the nod.

Go takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Go takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
McDunn throws a right and a left that Go avoids nicely.
Go throws a lazy right hand but McDunn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Go gets cracked there but stands up to it.
McDunn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

McDunn looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ian McDunn will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Go wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McDunn swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Go is now in McDunn's guard. A big mistake from McDunn there, giving up the dominant position!
Go is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
McDunn is trying to keep Go in close.
McDunn looking for a sweep. Not yet McDunn, not yet.
McDunn is working hard here to advance position.
Go wants to control from the top but McDunn keeps moving.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Cryst Go wasn't active enough on the ground.
McDunn walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A nice combination there by Go.

Go throws a leg kick but McDunn checks it.
Go scores with a jab. McDunn acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Go breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

McDunn goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Go swings for the body but McDunn moves out of range.
McDunn is looking to clinch but Go is avoiding it.
Go throws a jab when McDunn was well out of range.
The fighters circle momentarily. Go darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
McDunn tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

McDunn unloads a knee to the mid-section. Go lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
McDunn is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ian McDunn.
I think McDunn has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
