Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takeshi Kurosawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gasan Magomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kurosawa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to One Mic. Magomedov has chosen "Remedy" by Seether as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurosawa throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Magomedov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kurosawa sprawls well initially but Magomedov persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Magomedov content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Kurosawa has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Magomedov is working away from the top position though.
Kurosawa is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Evil Emp-HEAD HUNTERS FIGHTCLUB ELITE, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Kurosawa is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Magomedov is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Magomedov is nestled in close to Kurosawa, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Kurosawa is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Magomedov pulls his head out easily.
Kurosawa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Magomedov on the ground.

Magomedov is working for a rear naked choke. Kurosawa is not defending it well and Magomedov has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Kurosawa refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Kurosawa's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
