Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Damien Edna and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunner misses with a two punch combination.
Gunner tries to clinch but Watkins moves out of range.
Gunner shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Watkins sprawls well. Watkins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gunner gets slowly back to his feet.

Gunner goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Watkins has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Gunner but great work by Watkins.
Watkins is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gunner is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
